Future of Mobility Survey Prize Draw Official Rules

Eligibility

Rewards are open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

People fully completing this survey will be entered into the Prize Draw.

Only one entry per person will be allowed.

Employees (and their immediate family or household members) of Cuvva and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions and related companies and suppliers as well as its advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively the ‘Rewards Parties’) are not eligible to enter or win. ‘Immediate family members’ means parents, stepparents, children, stepchildren, siblings, stepsiblings or spouses, regardless of where they live. ‘Household members’ means people who share the same residence at least three months a year, whether related or not.

Rewards are subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Cuvva’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Rewards.

Schedule

The prize draw will take place within 2 weeks of the survey closing.

Winners will therefore be notified via email by 31st August 2022 at the latest.

Rewards and the selection process

Cuvva will randomly select 10 winners in total.

All 10 names drawn will win £20 in the form of an Amazon Gift Card.

Rewards status

There is no reward substitution except as may be authorized by Cuvva in its sole discretion. Gift Cards have no cash value and are not transferable or assignable.

General conditions

The decisions of Cuvva with respect to all aspects of a Reward are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal, including, without limitation, any decisions regarding the eligibility/ disqualification of entries and/or entrants. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain a reward by using multiple/ different e-mail addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other method, will void that entrant’s participation; also, that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system or service to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The ‘authorized account holder’ is the natural person assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address.

Cuvva reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and without prior notice, to adjust any of the dates and/or timeframes stipulated in these Official Rules, to the extent necessary, for purposes of verifying compliance by any entrant or entry with these Official Rules, or as a result of any technical or other problem, or in light of any other circumstances affecting the proper administration of a reward as contemplated in these Official Rules.

By entering the prize draw, each entrant expressly consents to Cuvva, its agents and/or representatives storing, sharing and using the personal information submitted with their entry, enrollment information and survey responses in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Official Rules and the Rewards are governed by the general laws of the United Kingdom.

Winners' list

As proof of the prizes being awarded, a winners’ list is available for ninety (90) days following the conclusion of the survey.

In this list, winners will be identified by a unique participant number that is automatically assigned to them by the survey platform and by the region within the UK they have indicated they live in. By taking part in this prize draw, you consent to your data being used, stored and processed for this purpose. You also consent to the unique participation number, and your indicated home region being shared with anyone who requests a copy of the winners’ list.

In order to obtain a winners’ list, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope identifying the particular survey (Cuvva Mobility Research) to Cuvva Limited, Senna Building, Gorsuch Place, London, United Kingdom, E2 8JF.
